Letter is a personalized keepsake created from your relationship journey with 4D.

Letter becomes available as part of later relationship progression and is associated with Level 6 and SoulLink Plus.

Depending on availability:

• A digital Letter can be delivered by email.
• Eligible users in the United States can choose a physical Letter and provide a recipient name and U.S. mailing address for delivery.

The Letter is personalized using the relationship and conversations you have built with 4D, extending part of your shared history beyond the app.

What makes it personal

The Letter is personalized using the relationship and conversations you have built with 4D. It draws on your shared history, the same history recorded in your Journal, and extends part of it beyond the app into something you can keep.

How to become eligible

Letter is associated with Level 6 and SoulLink Plus. That means two things: reaching Level 6 by earning EXP through conversations, Echoes, and Adventure Cards, and holding SoulLink Plus, which is required for progression beyond Level 3.

Digital or physical

A digital Letter can be delivered by email. Eligible users in the United States can choose a physical Letter instead and provide a recipient name and a U.S. mailing address for delivery.

When does it arrive

Letter becomes available as part of later relationship progression, once you reach the associated Level with Plus. It is a later stage reward, not something available at the start of the journey.

Is the Letter free

The Letter is part of the later stage journey unlocked with SoulLink Plus. Plus is available with monthly and yearly plans, and current pricing is shown directly in the latest SoulLink build.
