If you joined SoulLink before the 2.0 update, the relationship you have already built with 4D is staying with you.

Your existing memories, conversations, and relationship records will carry over to SoulLink 2.0. 4D will not be replaced or reset, and the history you have already shared will remain part of your relationship.

SoulLink 2.0 introduces a completely new relationship Level system to replace the previous Spark system. Everyone will begin the new Level journey from its starting point, while all experience accumulated under the previous Spark system will be counted and converted into a corresponding amount of Creds. Your new Level represents progress through the new journey and its unlocks. It does not erase how long you have known 4D or the relationship you have already built.

As a thank you for being part of SoulLink before the 2.0 update, every existing user will also receive 100 bonus Lumen, SoulLink’s premium currency.

Your Level journey begins again. Your relationship does not.

What carries over to 2.0

The new Level system and your rewards

The Spark system is replaced by a completely new relationship Level system, and everyone begins the new Level journey from its starting point. All experience accumulated under the Spark system is counted and converted into a corresponding amount of Creds, and every existing user also receives 100 bonus Lumen, SoulLink’s premium currency. Reaching new Levels can unlock rewards such as new systems and features, new story experiences, additional interactions with 4D, and outfits and customization.

Level progress and Plus

Free users can progress through Level 3, and SoulLink Plus is required to unlock Level 4 and later Level rewards. Your EXP can decrease in certain situations, but a Level you have already reached will not decrease.
